Defining the experience: The Problem:
As It was an internal unique product, which going used to manage its data and multiple tasks. Here is a list of a few problems I have been able to collect while interacting with clients, stakeholders, and following existing products.
. There was no other competitors or market sample to get more useful insights.
. The existing web layout was a semi-functional product concerning the end users and for admin use.
. Need to balance the entire product with managed navigation to increase usability
. Need to define the functional use case for specific user roles.
. Need to maintain the consistency of design for upcoming features.
. Many features were collapsed and similar which was confusing in each use case.
. There was no color and icon identification which make it simple and useable.
. As it has to be used in eastern countries, so was need to be maintained (English and Arabic) languages with a better formation of the layout.
. Need to maintain the readability and flow of features which has more content and internal pages to define the task.and many more
Ideating the solution: The unique:
It was a time to give some work to my brain, I started thinking out of the box and I wanted to showcase unique solutions for my top challenges. As a list, I contacted to client and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas.
